We are ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients in response to COVID-19.
We kindly ask for all our clients to read the following before making an appointment or attending our Clinic to keep both our staff and other clients healthy.
If you or your family have recently returned from overseas in the last 14 days, we ask that you do NOT attend appointments. You are able to attend your appointment after the 14 days isolation period.
If you have cold and flu symptoms or a fever, we ask that you cancel your appointment and do NOT attend the Clinic until you are symptom-free.
There will be NO fee charged for any cancellation due to sickness to you or any family member.
We are practicing safety and hygiene practices as per the Department of Health cleaning and disinfecting principles for COVID-19 :
- Hand sanitiser available for you at reception
- We use hospital-grade disinfectant for ALL common surfaces
- Our therapists wash their hands before AND after every client
- Bed linen and face towelettes changed between clients
As we are a small Clinic, we don’t have a large volume of clients in at any one time, however, we are not currently adopting a “no shake hands” policy during this period. If you have ANY concerns about attending our Clinic and would like to discuss with us, please contact us on 9420 8802.
