Mulligans Concept is a technique used for the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries using therapist-applied passive accessory movements as well as patient generated active physiological movements. The treatment technique has been developed and progressed based on existing manual therapy paradigms like Maitland mobilisations and Kaltenborn.
After application of the techniques, patients note:
- Increased range of motion
- A decreased level of pain
- Improved joint function.
