Shoulder Pain

Your shoulder is a mobile ball and socket joint that offers a great range of motion and because of this, can present with pain for many different reasons. It is supported by an assortment of ligaments, muscles and bony structures such as your clavicle (collarbone) and scapula (shoulder blade).

Shoulder pain can be intermittent or persistent but regardless, should not be ignored as it can impact your daily life and lead to lasting problems. It is common for shoulder injuries to stem from damage to the labrum or rotator cuff.
